Origins Counseling and Wellness is a counseling, therapy and wellness organization seeking to add to the level of mental health and wellness services available in Montgomery, Alabama.  

 

Our counselors come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and are all fully licensed to provide counseling and therapy.  Our Wellness Coordinator is a licensed nutritionist and can assist clients with health eating habits to supplement the various therapy modalities being brought into focus.  

 

By offering more services, Origins hopes to help destigmatize asking for help and the negative connotation often given to those who seek counseling.  We take most major insurances and will likely be adding Medicare and TRICARE in the near future.
