Live Well is a separate organization currently leasing space within our facility and providing additional wellness services to the Montgomery community.
We’re so excited to have Live Well within the facility and below is a short excerpt about Live Well and the services they provide.
Tell us what you'd like everyone know about Live Well, what services are available and what you'd like the community know about your organization.
I am Mia Gentle the Founder of Live Well Functional Medicine.
I am dedicated to the health and wellness of every patient I serve. I believe in the importance of taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing in the journey to wellness. When the opportunity arose to work in the same building as a team of licensed professional counselors and a functional nutritionist whose goals are to help others live life to the fullest, I decided it was the perfect location to start a functional medicine practice.

Tell us what encouraged you to start up Live Well (what was the need or benefit to the community)?
After practicing in functional medicine for over 10 years and as a patient myself, I am familiar with the difficulty in finding an affordable, integrative health practitioner who doesn’t just offer symptom management but looks for the root causes of chronic diseases and offers a team approach to comprehensive, individualized care.
What are all of the types of services that Live Well provides?
We offer comprehensive assessments, nutritional testing, allergy testing, GI map assessments, genetic testing, hormone assessments, neurotransmitter evaluation, and HTMA testing along with nutritional and weight loss counseling and support, bio-identical hormone replacement therapies, and skin care treatments.
We also offer Thermography services and advanced cardiac evaluations through the multifuntion cardiogram.
How can Live Well support clients who are seeking mental health counseling services?
We provide both conventional and alternative therapies in a healing environment where patients are heard, valued, and empowered to find hope and healing. Mental, emotional, and relational health are often a key to healing and wholeness, and now individuals can find the resources they need all in the same location.
